Use the In Review Feature to Manage Leads

Learn how to use the In Review feature in Stryd to manage active leads and communicate progress with your team.

 

 

Overview

The In Review feature helps you track customers who are actively being worked on. It ensures that everyone on your team knows which customers are in progress, reducing duplication and keeping workflows organised.


Steps

From the Retention Leads Dashboard

  1. Go to the Retention Leads dashboard.

  2. Review the five tabs:

    • High Priority Leads

    • Other Leads (Low and Medium Priority)

    • In Review Customers

    • Snoozed Customers

    • Customers with Data That Needs Attention

Move a Customer to In Review

  1. From the High Priority Leads tab, locate the customer you want to work on.

  2. Click the notepad icon in the top right corner of the customer’s card.

  3. Select Move to In Review.

    • The customer will now appear under the In Review tab and no longer display in High Priority Leads.

Remove a Customer from In Review

  1. Open the In Review tab.

  2. Click the notepad icon on the customer’s card.

  3. Choose Remove from In Review.

    • The customer will return to their relevant tab (High Priority or Other Leads).

    • You can then choose to snooze the customer if needed.


When to Use / Common Scenarios

  • Actively working on a customer: Mark them as In Review to signal progress.

  • Coordinating with teammates: Use it to avoid duplicate follow-ups.

  • Managing workflow: Move customers back when action is complete or needs to pause.


Outcome

Customers marked as In Review are removed from your active lead tabs and stored in a dedicated space until you finish working with them. This keeps your lead lists clean and makes it easy to see who’s being handled.

  • Use notepad icon again to remove from review.

  • Customer returns to High Priority or Other Leads.

  • Snooze if further action is delayed.
