Review and Use Loan Offers in Stryd

Learn how to review loan offers in Stryd, apply filters, and engage with customers directly from the platform.

 

 

Overview

Stryd’s Loan Offers feature helps you compare a customer’s current scenario against competitive products in the market. You can view loan groups, see potential savings, apply filters for eligibility, and send tailored communications directly to your customers.

Steps

Review Loan Offers

  1. Open the Loan Offers tab for your customer.

  2. Review the Current Scenario section:

    • Loan groups and their LVRs.

    • Properties and loans linked to each group.

    • Estimated savings based on moving to the most competitive variable rate product.

  3. Review the offers displayed:

    • Current lender offers (fixed and variable loans at new customer rates).

    • Variable rate products from your preferred lenders (top five shown, with a “Show More” option).

    • Fixed rate products from your preferred lenders (top five shown, with a “Show More” option).

Apply Loan Offer Filters

  1. Use Employment Eligibility to refine results.

    • Example: Select Essential Worker to unlock eligible products.

  2. Use Loan Types to filter for specific scenarios.

    • Example: Select First Home Buyer to view unique offers.

  3. Review updated loan offers with tagged product labels.

Engage with Customers

  1. Click the Email button at the top of the page.

  2. Select a template from your outreach email options.

  3. Customise the email if needed.

  4. Send the email directly to the customer from Stryd.

Manage Customers with Snooze

  1. After reviewing, you may choose to Snooze a customer.

  2. The customer will be moved from the main Retention Leads dashboard into the Snooze tab.

  3. When the snooze date is reached, the customer will automatically reappear in the High Priority or Other Leads tab, depending on their status.

When to Use / Common Scenarios

  • Comparing a customer’s current loans to competitive market offers.

  • Applying filters to check eligibility for special loan products.

  • Emailing customers directly after reviewing their scenario.

  • Snoozing customers to follow up at a later date.

Outcome

You will have a clear view of loan groups, competitive offers, and potential savings. Customers receive tailored communication, and your leads dashboard stays organised with snoozed follow-ups.

Troubleshooting / Tips

  • Always check filters if expected products are missing.

  • Use Show More to see beyond the top five products.

  • Snooze strategically to manage your pipeline without losing track of customers.
