Open Banking - Lender Guide
This guide walks you through the details of how the Open Banking process works for each lender.
Whilst many components of Open Banking are consistent (eg customers are never asked for a password, the use of One Time PIN"s), each lender has designed their own Open Banking experence.
We have collated the details of the reuqirements for each lender in this guide to help you in guiding your customers that have questions. This includes details like what the customer needs to provide (eg a username, a Customer ID, a Member Number) and any special requirements they have (eg AMP customers need to be registered for MyAMP to share data).
