Link Properties and Loans in Stryd

Overview

When a customer has multiple loans and properties, Stryd needs to know how each loan relates to each property. By linking them correctly, you ensure that LVRs are accurate and loan offers reflect the correct structure.

Steps

From the Retention Leads Screen

1. Open the Retention Leads screen.

2. Click the Incomplete Data tab.

3. Select the message that shows customers with multiple loans and securities.

4. Choose the customer record you want to update.

Link Properties and Loans

1. Go to the Loan Groupings tab.

2. On the left, review the Loans list.

3. On the right, review the Properties list.

4. Label each loan with a group name.

5. Label each property with the corresponding group name.

   • This links the correct property to the correct loan.

6. Save your changes.

Verify Loan Offers

1. Go to the Loan Offers tab.

2. Review the new Loan Groups created (one per loan–property pair).

3. Confirm that each loan group has its own LVR.

When to Use / Common Scenarios

• When a customer has multiple loans and multiple properties.

• When the system prompts you to fix incomplete data for loan–property mapping.

Outcome

Each loan and property will be correctly linked. Stryd will calculate individual LVRs for each loan group. Loan offers will reflect the correct structure for every combination.

Troubleshooting / Tips

• Always save changes after linking loans and properties.

• If LVRs look incorrect, check that each loan and property is labelled with the right group.
