One of the options for reminding cusotmers to consent to Open Banking is an SMS.
If the customer has a mobile number in Stryd, you can choose to send the SMS reminder. We highly recommend send the Follow Up email and Follow Up SMS on the same day to maximise your consent rate.
The SMS reminder is standard across the platform, and here is the text:
