Choose Your Lenders in Stryd
Learn how to set up and manage your preferred lenders in Stryd. This ensures that customers see the right loan offers when comparing alternatives.
Overview
Selecting lenders is a key part of setting up Stryd. Your chosen lenders determine which offers are shown to your customers. You can update this list anytime in settings to keep it aligned with your business needs.
Steps
Select Lenders
- From the Home page, go to Settings.
- In the Lenders tab (first tab shown):
- Click Select All to include all lenders.
- Click Deselect All to clear selections.
- Or scroll and tick specific lenders from the list.
Update Lender Preferences
- Return to the Lenders tab in Settings anytime to change your preferred list.
- Changes will apply immediately to future customer loan comparisons.
When to Use / Common Scenarios
- Initial setup: Ensure customers can see loan offers when you first start using Stryd.
- Updating business focus: Adjust your lender list when new partnerships or exclusions apply.
Outcome
Your customers will only see offers from the lenders you have selected. This ensures that comparisons and recommendations match your preferences.
